Francis Wilfred (Frank) Simon (1899 – unknown) was an English footballer.
Simon played for Manchester City and Crewe Alexandra before joining Port Vale in July 1920. Other than a run of five games in December 1921 he was only ever used as a back-up player and was released at the end of the 1921–22 season.[1]
